Our Outdoor Fitness Class!
Service Description
Our unique outdoor fitness class is ideal if you want to embark on a health improvement, weight loss or fitness journey and think that the great outdoors is much better than being in a sweaty gym! Starting with the basics and moving at a pace to suit your needs, we will cover flexibility, strength, toning and cardio fitness within each hour long session. As the sessions take place on grass which is uneven in places, please wear supportive footwear. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket with you for floor exercises. FreshFit may not be suitable for: * Those with chronic hip, knee, ankle or foot pain * Those who suffer from hayfever and cannot take medication to control the symptoms If you have any questions or would like to book in, please text 07305 702044. Payment can be made online or in person with cash. FreshFit classes MUST be booked in advance (no later than 4 hours beforehand).

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel prior to this timeframe, regretfully you will need to pay for your booking in full. If you have prepaid for a block of sessions or have one of our Monthly Membership packages, you will unfortunately lose one of your sessions. Please note all our events bear their own terms and conditions. Please ensure you read the description and booking information prior to purchasing your ticket.
