Being a working establishment it is the perfect place for you to learn all you need to know to be fully prepared for a career with animals:

Introduction to Animal Care

​

This is a practical based learning programme where you will experience interaction with a variety of animals, learning how to care for and handle small pets and dogs, along with being able to carry out health checks and to recognise when something is wrong. Completion of this programme will enable to you gain employment as an animal carer or assistant at a dog day care or boarding facility; or to set up your own home pet care business. The cost is £195.00 per week (Monday 8:00am to Thursday 5:00pm). If you require accommodation this is an additional £150.00 per week (or you are welcome to camp for free!). I recommend 4-6 weeks attendance for complete beginners, especially if you plan to work with dogs.

Introduction to Running a Dog Service Business

​

Specifically developed for those aiming to open their own dog day care centre, boarding facility, dog walking business, dog training programme or even a AMF Franchise, this programme offers a combination of "on the job" practical and 1-2-1 theoretical learning over a 4 week period (Monday 8:00am to Friday 3:00pm). Each week you will work directly with a huge variety of dogs at day care, in training, boarding and out on walks. I will work with you to tick off each step towards opening your own business and provide solutions for every aspect you need assistance with. This residential programme costs £4,995.00 and includes 10 hours of bespoke follow up support. Food and drink is included in the price, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Complete Guide to Baking for Pets

​

This is a 1 day course and will teach you how to bake and decorate a variety of creations for pets, along with education on food safety practices, basic nutrition and harmful ingredients. Additional practice sessions can be arranged if you need extra help with your decorating skills. The cost is £175.00 to include all materials, ingredients and 1 hour of follow up support. Once you have completed this course to a satisfactory standard you will be able to begin planning the opening of your own pet bakery or apply to purchase a Perfect Pet Patisserie & Gifts Franchise! Please note this course does not include business support, but if you would like to add this on please do get in touch with your requirements and I will provide you with a quote.
