All our team members must be genuine animal lovers - and understand that their safety and welfare comes before anything else.  Please do not consider a career with us (or with animals!) if you are not 100% reliable, motivated, trustworthy, patient - and compassionate.

Working with animals is not as easy as you might think!  Pulling dogs, barking, bunny bites, getting wet through, covered in mud and hair, frozen fingers, being woken in the middle of the night... are just a few negatives(!).  BUT - there is fantastic earning potential along with an incredibly rewarding career if you are right for this.  Why not give it a go?

NB:  All team members must be able to provide both character and employment references; be willing to be CRB checked; and also be willing to complete a Pet First Aid Course.  Equine Care team members must be qualified to BHS Stage III (or the equivalent) minimum - and have at least 3 years full time experience working with horses.  All casual team members must prove that they hold valid insurance for the purpose.
